If you have an unverified PayPal account without a credit/debit card or bank account attached, you are unable to make subscriptions. When making an order, you are directed to make a subscription by default unless you press the "Check Out" button before redirection. To solve this problem, login to your client area and pay the invoice as a one-off payment.
