1) Login to your Client Area
2) Click on "Services" then click on "My Services" from the drop down menu
3) Click on "View Details" for your desired service
4) Click on "Management Actions" then click "Request Cancellation"
5) Select whether you want your services to end immediately/at the end of your billing period
