1) Go into your WHMCS Client Area.
2) Click on "Services" then click on "My Services" in the drop down box.
3) Once you've found your desired service, click the arrow beside "View Details" and select "Upgrade/Downgrade."
Once you've selected your desired upgrade/downgrade your order will be completed automatically!
